regulations.<\/p><p><strong>Article Two: Association Objectives<\/strong><\/p><p>Promoting environmental sustainability and contributing to combating climate change.<br \/>Creating sustainable agricultural solutions that contribute to achieving the Kingdom\u2019s Vision 2030.<br \/>Supporting sectors and companies in the Kingdom to adopt environmentally friendly practices.<br \/>Raising awareness of the importance of preserving natural resources and protecting the environment.<br \/><strong>Article Three: Association Activities<\/strong><\/p><p>Organizing agricultural initiatives and projects aimed at improving the environment.<br \/>Providing consultations and support to companies and institutions to enhance their environmental practices.<br \/>Holding conferences, seminars and workshops related to green sustainability.<br \/>Cooperating with governmental and private entities to implement environmental programs and projects.<br \/><strong>Article Four: Association Membership<\/strong><\/p><p>Membership in the Association is enjoyed by individuals and companies who are committed to achieving its goals.<br \/>Membership conditions are determined in accordance with the Association\u2019s bylaws.<br \/>Membership is optional and can be terminated upon the member\u2019s request or the Association\u2019s decision in accordance with the regulations.<br \/><strong>Article Five: The Association&#8217;s Financial Resources<\/strong><\/p><p>The Association&#8217;s funding depends on annual membership subscriptions, support provided by donors, and revenues generated from activities and services provided.<br \/>Financial resources are managed with complete transparency and under the supervision of the Financial Department.<br \/><strong>Article Six: Board of Directors<\/strong><\/p><p>The Association is supervised by an elected Board of Directors consisting of [10] members.<br \/>The Board is elected for a term of [5] years.<br \/>The Board is responsible for setting general policies and supervising activities and projects.<br \/><strong>Article Seven: General Provisions<\/strong><\/p><p>The Association is committed to all laws and regulations related to non-profit associations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<br \/>The Association has the right to amend the contract after the approval of the General Assembly and obtaining the necessary approval from the competent
