1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO):<\/strong><\/p>

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Lead and manage the financial operations of the association, including budget preparation and financial planning.<\/li>
  • Provide direction and oversight to the accounting and internal audit departments to ensure compliance with financial standards.<\/li>
  • Prepare periodic financial reports for the Board of Directors, analyze financial results and make recommendations to improve financial performance.<\/li><\/ul>

    Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>

    • A university degree in accounting or finance, preferably a master\u2019s degree or a professional qualification such as CPA or CMA.<\/li>
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial field, with experience in leadership positions.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      2. Head of Accounting Department:<\/strong><\/p>

      Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>

      • Supervise all accounting activities and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.<\/li>
      • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial policies adopted by the association.<\/li>
      • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and contribute to financial analysis to provide accurate insights.<\/li><\/ul>

        Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>

        • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.<\/li>

          • Prepare internal audit reports and submit them to senior management with recommendations for improvement.<\/li>
          • Follow up on corrective actions based on audit findings and ensure their implementation.<\/li><\/ul>

            • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.<\/li>
