Article One: Association Name and Headquarters

Association Name: “Naha Agricultural Association”.
Headquarters: [Madinah, Saudi Arabia].

The Association operates within the borders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and under the umbrella of applicable laws and regulations.

Article Two: Association Objectives

Promoting environmental sustainability and contributing to combating climate change.
Creating sustainable agricultural solutions that contribute to achieving the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
Supporting sectors and companies in the Kingdom to adopt environmentally friendly practices.
Raising awareness of the importance of preserving natural resources and protecting the environment.
Article Three: Association Activities

Organizing agricultural initiatives and projects aimed at improving the environment.
Providing consultations and support to companies and institutions to enhance their environmental practices.
Holding conferences, seminars and workshops related to green sustainability.
Cooperating with governmental and private entities to implement environmental programs and projects.
Article Four: Association Membership

Membership in the Association is enjoyed by individuals and companies who are committed to achieving its goals.
Membership conditions are determined in accordance with the Association’s bylaws.
Membership is optional and can be terminated upon the member’s request or the Association’s decision in accordance with the regulations.
Article Five: The Association’s Financial Resources

The Association’s funding depends on annual membership subscriptions, support provided by donors, and revenues generated from activities and services provided.
Financial resources are managed with complete transparency and under the supervision of the Financial Department.
Article Six: Board of Directors

The Association is supervised by an elected Board of Directors consisting of [10] members.
The Board is elected for a term of [5] years.
The Board is responsible for setting general policies and supervising activities and projects.
Article Seven: General Provisions

The Association is committed to all laws and regulations related to non-profit associations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Association has the right to amend the contract after the approval of the General Assembly and obtaining the necessary approval from the competent authorities.
