Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the financial operations of the association, including budget preparation and financial planning.
  • Provide direction and oversight to the accounting and internal audit departments to ensure compliance with financial standards.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports for the Board of Directors, analyze financial results and make recommendations to improve financial performance.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree in accounting or finance, preferably a master’s degree or a professional qualification such as CPA or CMA.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial field, with experience in leadership positions.

2. Head of Accounting Department:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all accounting activities and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial policies adopted by the association.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and contribute to financial analysis to provide accurate insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • At least 7 years of experience in accounting with experience in managing and supervising work teams.

3. Internal Audit Officer:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review financial and administrative operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
  • Prepare internal audit reports and submit them to senior management with recommendations for improvement.
  • Follow up on corrective actions based on audit findings and ensure their implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • Professional certification in internal auditing such as CIA or CISA, with at least 5 years of experience in internal auditing.
